What the name means
I3S stands for Intelligent Infrastructure, Innovation and Integrated Solutions. It describes the work: systems that are resilient, future-proof and designed around what the client actually needs rather than what a vendor happens to sell.
How we work
Three things shape every engagement.
We are genuinely independent. We are not a reseller, we hold no vendor quota and no partner tier depends on what we recommend. That means we can tell you a platform is wrong for you, or that the answer is not to buy anything at all. Clients are never tied to a single technology or supplier because of advice we gave.
We work in environments where mistakes are expensive. Transport, policing, public sector and critical national infrastructure have a different tolerance for being wrong than most commercial settings. Resilience, compliance and evidence are not add-ons in those sectors, so we design for them from the start rather than retrofitting them before an audit.
We still build things. Plenty of firms will advise you on AI. Fewer have carried a system to production and lived with the consequences. We have three live AI products in the market, which is why our architectural positions come with operational experience attached.

The products we have built
These are live, in the market and built by us. They are the most direct evidence of how we think about AI.
- ASAA turns a plain language brief into a security-annotated high level design by orchestrating multiple AI models.
- Dispatch Layer triages a shared mailbox, creates structured tickets and routes them to the right engineer, on single-tenant infrastructure with an append-only audit log.
- Aqyron manages compliance evidence and renewal pipelines, surfacing AI findings that a named human must approve before they become records.
